Brooke Astor's Son Guilty in Scheme to Defraud His Mother
Anthony D. Marshall, the son of Brooke Astor, was found
guilty on Tuesday in a scheme to defraud his mother. He was
found guilty of more than a dozen charges, including grand
larceny, which has a mandatory prison sentence. He was found
not guilty of two other charges.
