Federal Judge Dismisses Lawsuit Over Targeted Killing in Case of Terror Suspect
A federal judge on Tuesday dismissed a lawsuit that sought to
block the Obama administration from attempting to kill a
United States citizen, Anwar Al-Awlaki, the radical Muslim
cleric who has been accused of playing a role in the Yemen
branch of Al Qaeda, but who has not been tried or convicted
of any terrorism offense.
